Customer Experience Specialist
Avanlee Care is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to work closely with our Director of Customer Experience. In this role, the ideal candidate will support Avanlee Care users through providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to user issues in a timely manner via chat, email, and phone channels.
We are focused on transforming the quality of care families are able to provide an older relative remotely so they live happier and healthier lives at home, and strong interpersonal skills are a must for this position.
The ideal individual would have 1-3 years experience in a customer support role, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well with a variety of software including Zendesk, Google Suite, as well as have experience troubleshooting complex issues. The ideal CX specialist will work well with diverse groups of people, be comfortable with learning new software and enjoy working in small teams with all the challenges and opportunities that brings.
